Take your pill, open PillStamp, stamp it taken. That one tap is the whole habit — and it is what lets the app answer the question that actually matters: did I already take it? Today's doses sit on a single screen, grouped by morning, noon, evening, and night, so one glance is the answer. And none of it leaves the phone: your medications, vitamins and supplements, your schedules, and every dose you stamp are stored on the device itself, with no account and nothing to upload.

Your list of medications, vitamins, and supplements, your schedules, and every dose you stamp are saved only in the app's own database on the device. No account, no server, no cloud copy — nothing to leak, and nothing anyone can ask us to hand over.
Exact times, time-of-day blocks (morning, noon, evening, night), every N hours chained from your last dose, or as-needed with no schedule at all.
Alarms are optional and off until you switch them on. When one arrives it carries a "Mark taken" action, so the dose can be stamped without opening the app.
One switch turns on much larger text and 64-point tap targets across the entire app — bigger and calmer, without hiding a single feature.
The calendar marks the days that were complete and the ones that were missed, and any day opens into the full log of what was taken and when.
Name, dose, and how often — medication, vitamin, or supplement. The wizard walks through exact times, blocks, every N hours, or as needed — and reminders stay off until you ask for them.
Open PillStamp and tap the dose you just took, or use the "Mark taken" action on the reminder. It takes a second and it is reversible.

No. It is a reminder and a log — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not check interactions, and does not tell you what to take. Those decisions belong to you and your healthcare professional.
Neither. PillStamp asks for no sign-up, email, or phone number, and every feature works with the phone in airplane mode. Your medications, vitamins, supplements, and every dose you stamp are stored only on the device — they are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Nothing at all — and here is exactly what it does send, so you can judge for yourself: crash reports when the app fails, the automatic app-opened events Firebase records on its own, and the identifiers the banner ad needs. None of that says what medication, vitamin, or supplement you take, when you took it, or how many you have.
You lose it. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no backup to restore from and no copy we could send you — a lost, reset, or wiped phone takes the history with it, and so does uninstalling the app. That is the real cost of keeping your medication data off the internet, so keep your own copy if the record matters to you.
Yes — they are scheduled with your phone, so they fire even when PillStamp is not running, as long as you allow notifications. Phones can still delay or drop a notification, so treat reminders as help, not a guarantee.
That is exactly what Comfort mode is for: much larger text and 64-point tap targets, with nothing hidden or simplified away. Caregivers and nurses can use the same log to track someone else's doses.
Yes. A single banner ad keeps it free — no subscription, no unlock, no trial. Like any ad-supported app it uses your device's advertising identifier, with Google's consent prompt where Europe requires one, but your medication data is never shared with the ad network and never used to target an ad.
Yes. PillStamp ships in English and Spanish from day one and follows the language your phone is already set to.
